Where Stories Take Root
Narrative-driven psychological horror experiences crafted for those who seek the unsettling truth beneath the surface.
We make games that stay with you long after the credits roll.
MarrowVeil Studios is an independent game development studio dedicated to creating narrative-driven psychological horror experiences. We believe that the most powerful stories are the ones that reach beneath the surface — into the marrow of what it means to be afraid, to remember, and to lose.
A psychological horror experience set within the M.A.T.C.H. system, where fragmented memories and controlled simulations blur the line between reality and design.
Every room holds a fragment. Every fragment reveals a truth you may not be ready to face.
Games and interactive experiences from MarrowVeil Studios — spanning narrative horror, ARG design, and worlds built to stay with you.
Hourglass: Missing Time is a narrative-driven psychological horror game developed by MarrowVeil Studios. Players follow Boa Vandyke, a 19-year-old searching for her missing sister after receiving a cryptic message that leads her into a network of abandoned Meka Corporation locations. What begins as a personal investigation quickly spirals into something far more unsettling.
Blending stealth, exploration, and environmental puzzle-solving, players must navigate hostile animatronic units, uncover hidden evidence, and piece together the truth behind a long-buried corporate cover-up. As Boa pushes deeper, reality begins to fracture — and the closer she gets to answers, the more she risks becoming part of what she was trying to find.
Mek-Ai: Archives is a thriller-horror investigation experience developed by MarrowVeil Studios. Players access a compromised Meka Corporation laptop, guided by Ava Keep as they navigate a fractured archive system filled with corrupted files, missing employee records, and hidden communications. Through a fully interactive interface, players restore data, solve system-based puzzles, and unlock deeper clearance levels as the truth behind the network begins to surface.
As the investigation progresses, a corporate Fixer begins tracking the breach in real time, turning the experience into a balance between discovery and survival. Using surveillance cameras and environmental awareness, players must continue digging through the system while avoiding detection — because the deeper they go, the closer the Fixer gets.
We build horror that lives in the mind long after the screen goes dark.
MarrowVeil Studios exists to create narrative-driven psychological horror experiences with cinematic ambition. We believe the most resonant stories don't just scare — they expose something true about what it means to be human.
Our work explores memory, consequence, identity, and time distortion. Inspired by the narrative depth of games like Detroit: Become Human and the atmospheric dread of psychological horror, we craft worlds where every detail is intentional and every choice carries weight.
